Read and explain

Sign in, choose a topic and read its passage. Explain it aloud with your microphone; the camera is optional. Elocute transcribes the recording so you can review your words.

Review delivery separately from meaning

Delivery feedback includes pace, filler words and organization. Source coverage compares your explanation with the supplied passage and identifies ideas covered or missed. Agreement with a passage is different from verifying every claim in it or measuring what a listener understood.

Use one correction

Choose one change from the feedback and repeat the same explanation. Keep the source and task constant. Review the comparison with your previous attempt. Scores are estimates; listen to the recording and check the transcript when feedback seems wrong.

When evidence is limited

Poor audio and transcription errors can affect feedback. If content evaluation fails, the app reports that source coverage is unavailable. A delivery score alone does not establish source coverage. Record again if the transcript does not reflect what you said.

Access and practice history

The guided app requires sign-in. Review the access and upgrade terms shown in your account before purchasing. Practice history can include transcripts and feedback; optional coaching-data sharing is a separate consent choice.
